Independent Living Services
What is Personal Attendant Service?
PILC, we provide personal attendant service by inviting and training individuals at KILC to support persons with severe disabilities. These trained attendants are placed in homes to assist with daily needs, ensuring consistent care and reliability. Personal Attendant Service provides trained support for persons with disabilities, offering essential care and assistance in daily routines. Our team works as hands and legs for disabled persons, delivering personal care for PWD at home or within community settings. This service promotes safety, dignity, and independent living. We charge a very reasonable amount for paid attendant disability services, while in deserving cases, free personal assistant disability support is provided to help individuals live with greater independence.

- PA for disabled people learn safety protocols, hygiene practices, and respectful communication for daily routines.
- Home attendants PWD receive guidance on mobility assistance, meal support, and personal care techniques.
- Training emphasizes being reliable hands and legs for disabled, fostering independence and confidence.
- Each independent living attendant develops skills to adapt care for diverse individual needs effectively.
