Art of Daily Living (ADL) Program Overview

Pakistan Independent Living Center (PILC) delivers the Art of Daily Living program to strengthen daily independence for disabled individuals through practical, respectful, and empowering support. The program covers essential routines, including self-care disability practices, meal preparation, and household training for PWD, supported by trained professionals in an inclusive environment. Through guided activities and real-life applications, participants gain confidence and control over everyday responsibilities while building sustainable habits for independent participation.

Our structured approach combines ADL training for PWD, personal care training for PWD, and ongoing independent living daily support to build strong independent living life skills. PILC also offers life skills workshop disability sessions, accessibility guidance, and ADL peer support, encouraging shared learning and self-advocacy.
