Nadir Khan is a Consultant on Disability & Inclusive Development and an Accessibility Auditor based in Southern Punjab, Pakistan. He serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Mainstream Association of Persons with Disabilities and Director of MUX Institute of Professional Studies. He is also District Project Manager at HANDS Pakistan (HANDS–Mainstream Independent Living Center Multan).
As an active member of the Pakistan Disability Movement, he laid the foundation for organized disability rights initiatives in Southern Punjab nearly two decades ago. He is the co-founder of the first Disabled People’s Organization (DPO) in Southern Punjab, led by persons with disabilities themselves.
He is recognized as the first Consultant on Disability & Inclusive Development and Accessibility Auditor in Southern Punjab. He established the region’s first Independent Living Center to promote social inclusion and independent living for persons with severe disabilities.
For his outstanding services in the disability sector, he was awarded an honorary Gold Medal by Pakistan Bait-ul-Maal.
